Data processing on our website

When you visit our website, our web server temporarily stores each access in a log file. The following data is collected and stored until automated deletion:

We cannot assign this data to specific persons. This data is not merged with other data sources; the data is also deleted after a statistical evaluation.

Collection, processing and use of personal data

VOLZ Luftfilter GmbH & Co. KG uses products and services for analysis and marketing purposes, which are provided by Visable GmbH (www.visable.com) in cooperation with them. To that end, pixel-code technology is used to collect, process and store data in order to create at least pseudonymised, but where possible and sensible, completely anonymous user profiles. Data collected, which may initially still include personal data, is transmitted to Visable or is collected directly by Visable and is used to create the aforementioned user profiles there. Visitors to this website are not personally identified and no other personal data is merged with the user profiles. If IP addresses are identified as personal, they are immediately deleted. Registration VOLZ customer portal

Users have the option of registering on the website, creating an account and using additional digital services via this account. The customer area is a closed area of the website that is only accessible to users after prior registration. Customer/Login Area

We set up password-protected direct access to a separate customer area for each customer who registers accordingly. When registering, a user account is created and personal data (your first name, last name, e-mail address and address) is collected and processed in this course. Contact option via the website

Based on statutory provisions, the website contains data that enable a quick electronic contact to our enterprise, as well as direct communication with us, which also includes a general address of the so-called electronic mail (e-mail address). If a data subject contacts the controller by e-mail or via a contact form, the personal data transmitted by the data subject will be stored automatically. When using the online inquiry forms, we collect personal data (your name, e-mail address and telephone number) only to the extent provided by you. We only use your e-mail address to process your inquiry. Data protection for applications

On the website, you have the option of submitting an unsolicited application for a position with us, including by e-mail. The following categories of data are processed as part of the application process: Name, address, other contact data, date and place of birth, data on professional qualifications (e.g. curriculum vitae, references, certificates, details of training and work experience, etc.) and the results of the personnel selection process.

We process your personal data for the purpose of carrying out the application procedure, insofar as this is necessary.
